Our heroine seems to be holding her own against her original attacker. Too bad that more have arrived. That larger snake currently taking a taste is a cause for concern! Oh well, one problem at a time.
  One thing we can be sure of though: she is not going down without a fight!


  I received a suggestion that a follow-up to "Leavings" should show the snake winning, and a suggestion that it should show the lady winning, so here is my compromise.
  This fight could still go either way.
